On April 8th, we discussed and shared with you documenting your oral history with family and friends. This is a binder created with all documents that are of value in your life. It is all in one place. In the event something should happen to you, your POA or family will have the knowledge on how to handle your affairs. This complete binder includes funeral arrangements, if needed. It might sound sad to put this together BUT your family/partner/loved ones, will SO appreciate that they are following your wishes.
A life document binder should be in both a hard copy and digital form, especially if you have family members that live out of state.
A life document binder created by Complete Relocation Solutions will include:
- Legal: will, trust, POA, financial and medical appointments, living will and all other legal items
- Financial: bank accounts (location and account number), investments (location and passwords), retirement accounts, third party income, social security and so much more
- Insurance: auto, property, boat, motorcycle, second property, life, long term, term and health (account numbers and passwords)
- Personal info: family contact info (name, address, cell phone and relationship), military documents, marriage and drivers license, birth certificate, car title, deed to home, mortgage documents and so much more
- Passwords: to all online banking, social media profiles and other important accounts
- Technology: computers, iPads, kindle, cell phones and passwords
- Medical: allergies, medications on, prescriptions taking and amount, doctors name, phone number, location and any medical conditions

What happens if an emergency happens (which it does )and your spouse or family member needs to know where all your information is stored? We can help you be prepared. An emergency can be a natural disaster, sudden death, or sudden sickness or traveling out of the country and needing help.
We discuss what you need. We give you a two page checklist. You can gather the documents needed and we assemble and put in tabbed sections. We can also scan and put into an “iCloud” secure base for others to retrieve, if needed. This costs approximately $350 – $450, depending on the amount of time we have to put in. You will receive the complete three ring binder that you can update with new items to replace.
