Home clean outs may result in a loved one passing away, moving, or preparing the home for real estate showings. The resident (POA, trust officer, or family member) work alongside of us, if they chose. When family members live out of state, Complete Relocation Solutions release the stress off the family members flying into town by completing their project. Our trustworthy firm assist going through the home by our bonded and background checked team. We face time, take pictures, and communicate frequently of our progress and your goals.

Our trained team save all personal items for the family to review. We sort and organize areas for donation and sale. The family reviews those sections before those piles leave the home. We also sort through papers and bag outdated documents for shredding. Once the family reviews items designated as sell, shred, and donate, the piles are removed to qualified shredders, charities, and estate liquidators. If the home needs updating or areas for repairs, as your “project manager”, we seek quotes first using our wide network of resources.When estimates are approved for repairs, we manage and supervise those improvements to make sure it is done correctly and on time.

Our firm works closely with your real estate agent to stage the home for active real estate showings.
