- We move individuals and families locally and across the nation. We work with families who adult children live out of state or live locally but have full time employment and active family lives. The thought of clearing out a lifetime of memories and going through your parents “stuff” is not only daunting and time consuming, but overwhelming. There are so many needs per household but we have the resources to accommodate families. We ship furniture/furnishings of the adult children’s choice so they can keep them. We get quotes for licensed and qualified movers, sell unwanted household items, take items to be donated or re-purse and leave the home/condo/apartment, ready for real estate showings.
- Loved one passes away – We work alongside family members, identifying items to keep, sell, donate and discard. In a timely fashion, we can help clear out a home with respect and honor to the individuals who lived there and prepare it for active real estate showings. In addition, we get quotes from our resources on home repairs, having the condo/home, professionally cleaned, to take away all the burdens from the family.
- Storage unit cleared out and sell or donate items – Have the items in the storage unit been there for years and your still haven’t reviewed what’s in there? Why pay storage fees? (usually yearly fee could run $3,000/yr.) In my financial mind, those fees could go to your investment or retirement fund. If you haven’t used those items, don’t really need the items, or are saving those items so there is no sibling rivalry, save yourself money and sell or donate the items in the storage unit.
