After my mother moved to be near my sister in Louisville, her Noblesville condo was on the market for over a year. I met Rita Woll who was wrapping up the sale of a neighbor’s condo across the street. As I lived over an hour away in Greenwood and have a busy schedule with work and family, I could not easily make the trips to Noblesville necessary to take care of matters related to upkeep, staging, and the like. Rita offered her services in these matters, and I accepted.
I could not be happier with my decision. Within the space of a couple weeks, Rita arranged for needed shrub trimming, painting, fix ups, and staging. She suggested a preventive inspection which revealed several issues that would delay a sale. She quickly arranged for all of these issues to be swiftly addressed and corrected. In each case, she obtained competitive quotes from more than one contractor before seeking my approval for the work. Within a couple months, my mother’s condo was sold. On short notice, Rita arranged for my mother’s furnishings to be moved to my mother’s and sister’s homes in Louisville. She also helped me arrange for some minor repairs that the buyer had requested. At the closing, the buyer commented that of all the condos in the area that she had looked at, my mother’s showed the best, and was the one at which she felt most at home. Without Rita’s help, I can not imagine how difficult it would have been to get my mother’s house sold. Her efforts were invaluable, and the results unimpeachable.

I hired Complete Relocation Solutions to help my family move from Indianapolis to Carmel, at the recommendation of my realtor. Rita and her staff got my whole house packed very quickly. Rita took care of EVERYTHING including arranging for Habitat for Humanity to pick up large items for donation, getting estimates from multiple moving companies and scheduling our move, recommending carpet installers and painters and coordinating all of their work, and arranging for a landscaper to not only clean up our yard but also haul away trash that was too large for the city trash collection to take!
