After my mother moved to be near my sister in Louisville, her Noblesville condo was on the market for over a year. I met Rita Woll who was wrapping up the sale of a neighbor’s condo across the street. As I lived over an hour away in Greenwood and have a busy schedule with work and family, I could not easily make the trips to Noblesville necessary to take care of matters related to upkeep, staging, and the like. Rita offered her services in these matters, and I accepted. I could not be happier with my decision.Within the space of a couple weeks, Rita arranged for needed shrub trimming, painting, fix ups, and staging. She suggested a preventive inspection which revealed several issues that would delay a sale. She quickly arranged for all of these issues to be swiftly addressed and corrected. In each case, she obtained competitive quotes from more than one contractor before seeking my approval for the work. Within a couple months, my mother’s condo was sold. On short notice, Rita arranged for my mother’s furnishings to be moved to my mother’s and sister’s homes in Louisville. She also helped me arrange for some minor repairs that the buyer had requested. At the closing, the buyer commented that of all the condos in the area that she had looked at, my mother’s showed the best, and was the one at which she felt most at home. Without Rita’s help, I can not imagine how difficult it would have been to get my mother’s house sold. Her efforts were invaluable, and the results unimpeachable.

In July 2017 we had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Norma who was moving out of her home to Independent Living. The team helped her sort through memories of photos, letters and cards and placed all of those in labeled memory boxes. We developed a custom floor plan of her new location on what would fit from her home and what would not. The items that would not fit she gave to family and/or assisted her with selling and donating the remainder.
We completely packed her, arranged for movers, coordinated window cleaners and professional maid service to clean the home after she moved. We unpacked her at the new location and put everything away including hanging shower curtains, putting tolietries in the shower, hanging clothes in the closet and arranging the whole kitchen, so all she had to do was sit in her chaise lounge and watch TV.
We loved getting to know Norma and hear about her life stories and of course, we share our stories, too.
