History of the company: In 2008 we started and created Yellow Tag Household Sales conducting estates sales. From there the business grew as well as the services in "moving seniors, corporate relocation moves" and more. In 2014 the company re-branded to be more in line of our services as it is known today, Complete Relocation Solutions.

 

Complete Relocation Solutions can provide a total move management service to include:

Just Packing and Unpacking.
Pack belongings from your existing home to unpacking and setting up the household at the new location (moving from one location to another, or downsizing from a larger home to a smaller one, independent and assisted living communities).

Supervise. Move Out and Move in Day.
Complete Relocation Solutions can arrange and coordinate movers and supervise during move out and in. Also, present while movers transfer items.

Organize. Sort. De-clutter. Shred.
We will organize all your wanted belongings and documents while boxing and sorting through your personal items for the family to review, retain or dispose.  Any old or outdated papers are destroyed by an authorized document shredding company.

"Fair Split" Digital Inventory.

An online inventory with pictures called "Fair Split".  Fair split lists all the assets to be divided on-line and assign values, estimated or appraised. Family members or parties are invited in by the administrator (Complete Relocation Solutions) to the division and assign their entitled percentage of the total estate. A fair division process is applied to allocate assets to beneficiaries combing emotional and monetary value. This process saves flight expenses or taking vacation time to view household possessions for family members outside the area. This is excellent for dividing assets in divorce, consolidation, death, and estate planning.

High end item s can be itemized and photographed. These items are evaluated by an independent appraiser and inventory company and place on the "Fair Split" online inventory. If items are to be sold, identifying the avenue that achieves the greatest value (internet sites, auction houses, or private sale) is all con-lineidered for the family's benefit.

Our firm is not a certified apprasier, but we can offer a written on-line inventory with photos on household contents called Fair Split.The list would include everything in the home at a price of what they would sell for at an estate sale or the emotional value. The items are used and the listed price would be "fair market value". If there are higher value items a certified apprasier would be recommended.

Real Estate Home Staging for Active Showings.

Home staging helps create interest, activity and faster offers. With this changing economy, creating a desire as the prospective owners walk in is critical. We try and use all of the homes existing furniture but create a desirable palette for TODAYS BUYERS. Our success rate... once we have staged a home, the homes have sold from two days to sixty two days. We have references to prove it.

Final Household Clean-outs.
After the family member has moved out of the existing home, or In the event of passing of a loved one, we can help sell unwanted household items or clean out the entire home of household possessions. We act as your project manager to totally prepare the house for renovations and repairs, which deliver active real estate showings. Our home staging service saves the family from reducing the listing price $5,000 to $10,000.  As your project manager our team can arrange for: carpet cleaning, painters, handymen, inspectors, carpenters, and lawn professionals to help the family sale the home. In many cases, we like to stage the home with the existing furnishings.If not staged, we leave the house broom swept clean including garage, patio, and basement.
